We love strengthening relationships with fellow vendors and having an opportunity to challenge ourselves. Digging deep into our bag of tricks to produce stunning environments for any theme or palette is what fuels the creative vehicles that we continue to drive into the future.

We look forward to working with you. In an effort to streamline the collaboration process we ask that the below form is filled out and submitted. Once received we will be in contact within 48 hours with our availability. Before filling out the form below we ask that you look over these terms as a preliminary agreement to the conditions. Please read and respect our collaboration policies.

- POLICIES -

All collaboration requests/orders must be received and finalized a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event date. Changes to collaboration requests cannot be accommodated with the 2 weeks prior to the event.

In an effort to best accommodate our clients, requested products for a styled shoot may become unavailable if needed to fulfill a client order.

The damage or loss of any items is the responsibility of the contracted individual and a replacement fee will be charged.

If collaboration is approved any products over $500 will be billed at the responsibility of the requesting party, unless prior approval is given.

It is requested that all collaboration orders be picked up from our warehouse. In the instance a delivery can be accommodated, standard delivery fees apply.

While we would love to participate in every request, not all collaborations can be granted due to client orders and product availability.

Supply Event Rentals and Design must be properly tagged and credited in any collaboration as well as the images provided in digital form to Supply post-event.
